ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 30, 2003, and a resentence of the same court imposed August 12, 2003. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an oversized brief of 100 pages.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing his brief on the appeals is enlarged until July 17, 2006; and it is further,

 ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file an oversized brief of 100 pages is denied. By decision and order on motion dated January 9, 2006, the appellant was previously given leave to serve and file an oversized brief of 85 pages.
