DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION Motion by Counsel to be Relieved

Motion by the Law Guardian to be relieved of an assignment to represent the child Latisha L. on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 8, 2004, August 25, 2004, and September 30, 2004, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition to or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Law Guardian, Richard Colodny, Esq., 185 Montague Street, 10th Floor, Brooklyn, New York 11201, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new Law Guardian herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as Law Guardian to represent the child Latisha L.:
