Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 19, 2004.

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this court dated March 17, 2006, which enlarged the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief until May 18, 2006.
