| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 16, 2005, on the ground that the record is inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that on or before May 8, 2006, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing (1) the order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 18, 2005, in the above-entitled matter, (2) a copy of the authorization for the plaintiff-respondent's drug and alcohol treatment records at Beth Israel Medical Center, and (3) a copy of the letter from Beth Israel Medical Center to Mark J. Rayo dated July 6, 2005.
