DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 11, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended (1) by deleting from the caption thereof the words "The People, etc., respondent" and substituting therefor the words "People of the State of New York, appellant," and (2) by deleting from the caption thereof following the words "James Taylor," the word "appellant" and substituting therefor the word "respondent," and (3) by deleting from the caption thereof the words "Ind. No. 75-513."
