On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 28, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by deleting the final decretal paragraph thereof, and substituting therefor the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 16, 2006, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date."
