| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the plaintiffs-respondents to substitute Stacy Tollefsen, as administrator of the estate of Mark Tollefsen, for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Mark Tollefsen, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 27, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and Stacy Tollefsen, as administrator of the estate of Mark Tollefsen, is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Mark Tollefsen, and the caption of the action has been amended accordingly.
