Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue her motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the eviction of the defendants from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 21, 2005, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 22, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
