Motion by the respondent for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 22, 2005, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to defendant the appeal:
