| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered January 11, 2006, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal from an order of the same court, entered May 3, 2005, pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-04715, and pending hearing and determination of this appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order entered January 11, 2006, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order entered May 3, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-04715), and the motion is otherwise denied.
