| ORDER AUTHORIZING SUBSTITUTED SERVICE |
It having been established to my satisfaction that Warren R. Kraft, admitted as Warren Randolph Kraft, the respondent in this disciplinary proceeding, cannot with due diligence be served personally;
NOW, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90, subdivision 6, it is
ORDERED that service of the notice pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.3 with exhibit, dated December 16, 2005, along with the decisions and orders on motion of this court dated January 11, 2006, and February 17, 2006, as well as a copy of this Order with the papers upon which it was granted, and any future papers to be served upon the respondent, shall be effectuated as follows:
1) by affixing said documents to the front door of 7 Seneca Drive, Middletown, N.J. 07748 (respondent's home address); and
2) by mailing said documents to the respondent at this same address by both first class mail and certified mail, return receipt requested; and it is further,
ORDERED that, upon the satisfactory completion of service as set forth above, the petitioner shall file proof of service with the Clerk of this court.
