Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered May 12, 2004, to direct the appellant to re-serve his brief on the respondent, and to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file its brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall re-serve his brief on the respondent on or before May 9, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 10, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
