Appeals by Lisa M., a/k/a Lisa C. from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, all dated December 27, 2005. By order to show cause dated March 20, 2006, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that the orders were entered upon the default of the appellant (see CPLR 5511).
Now on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the orders were entered upon the default of the appellant (see CPLR 5511).
