Motion by the petitioner for leave to reargue a motion for permission to prosecute the above-entitled proceeding as a poor person, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the petitioner's time to pay the filing fee in the above-entitled proceeding is enlarged until June 12, 2006.
