DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

4Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 19, 2003, to reinstate a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2005, granting him leave to serve and file a supplemental brief, which was recalled and vacated in a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 15, 2006, to enlarge his time to serve and file the supplemental brief, and to reargue so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 5, 2005, as denied the branch of his motion which was, in effect, to be provided with the transcripts of the minutes of certain proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to reinstate the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2003, is granted, the decision and order on motion of this court dated March 15, 2006, is recalled and vacated, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2005, is reinstated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged until July 20, 2006, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
