| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered June 15, 2005, to compel the respondent to provide her with copies of all of the respondent's trial exhibits and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before May 25, 2006, the respondent shall provide the appellant with copies of all of the respondent's trial exhibits that are available, without prejudice to the appellant seeking to perfect the appeal without the unavailable trial exhibits or moving for a reconstruction hearing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 26, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
