Motion by Steven Green for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated January 5, 2006, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court, Queens County, entered November 10, 2004. Cross motion by the petitioner to vacate the stay of enforcement of two judgments of the Civil Court, Queens County, dated November 29, 1989, and March 1, 1990, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied, without prejudice to the petitioner's rights pursuant to CPLR 5519(e).
