| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 28, 2005, to direct the court stenographer to transcribe the minutes of certain in camera interviews with the subject children in related neglect proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the stenographer(s) and/or the transcription service(s) is/are required promptly to make and certify a transcript of the minutes of the in camera hearings which occurred before the Family Court, Westchester County, in proceedings pending under Docket Nos. NN-03979-03/04A, AA-03980-03/04, and NN-03981-03/04A, if available, except for those minutes previously transcribed and certified (22 NYCRR 671.9); in the case of stenographers, the transcripts shall be filed with the clerk of the Family Court, and the clerk of the Family Court shall file the transcripts with this court, under seal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney for the appellant shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion on the clerk of the Family Court, Westchester County.
