Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered June 26, 1992, for leave to reargue a motion to enlarge the judgment roll, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 8, 1995, and to hold her appeal in abeyance.
