DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay so much of an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 15, 2006, as directed Alyse Katz to pay an attorney's fee to the respondent, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of the order as directed Alyse Katz to pay an attorney's fee to the respondent is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
