| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 17, 2003, for leave to reargue a motion, inter alia, to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain criminal records of the victim, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 6, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until June 29, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
