It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the attorney's fee hearing on condition that the appeal is perfected by no later than June 28, 2006 and noticed for the September 2006 term. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition respondents may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The petitioner-appellant may accept any tendered use and occupancy, without prejudice, pending the determination of the landlord's appeal.
