It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is denied, without prejudice to renew upon timely filing of the moving papers with the Clerk of the Court. The interim stay is vacated. The appellant has failed to comply with the order of this Court requiring the payment of $45,000.00 to the petitioner-landlord by April 10, 2006.
