It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction, to and including June 28, 2006, to afford the appellants a final opportunity to perfect the appeal for the September 2006 term. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the appellants are current in the payment of use and occupancy (including all electric charges due and owing), then the appellants may move for a continuation of the stay pending the determination of the appeal. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after June 28, 2006.
