It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction, to and including May 1, 2006. If, by said date, the $3,500.oo personal check has cleared and the appellant has tendered an additional $1,000.oo by money order(s) to the landlord, without prejudice, then the appellant may move for a further continuation of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after May 1, 2006.
