DECISION
On the court's own motion, motions by tenant appellant returnable February 10, 2006, are consolidated for purposes of disposition.
Motions by tenant-appellant to continue the stay contained in the order of September 23, 2005, and subsequently extended by an order dated December 21, 2005, is granted on condition that tenant perfects the appeal by June 2, 2006; otherwise stay is vacated without further order of this court. Tenant shall continue to comply with all the other conditions contained in the orders of this court dated September 23, 2005 and December 21, 2005.
