DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by the appellant in Action Nos. 1 and 2 (1), inter alia, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated December 12, 2005, and January 5, 2006, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 12, 2005, and (2) to disqualify James Lambert from representing the respondent.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the first motion which was to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 12, 2005, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until June 1, 2006, and the record or appendix on that appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the first motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals shall be calendared together, and shall be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,

ORDERED that the second motion is denied.
