| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a replacement supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered July 16, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the supplemental brief previously filed is stricken, and the appellant's replacement supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before June 16, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the replacement supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
