| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent County of Nassau and all other respondents, except the respondent Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 23, 2005. Separate application by the respondent Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and application and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the brief previously submitted to the Clerk of this court on behalf of the County of Nassau and all other respondents, except Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation to serve and file its brief is enlarged until May 12, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief if any shall be served and filed on or before May 25, 2006.
