Motion by the defendant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated June 23, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the motion is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, for determination, as the appeal is from an order of the Criminal Court, Queens County (see CPL 450.60[4]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with this motion shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts.
