| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve a replacement supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 1, 2003.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's replacement supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before July 3, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the replacement supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's replacement supplemental brief is enlarged until September 5, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
