It is Ordered that the motion to dismiss the appeal and to vacate the stay is granted unless the appeal is perfected by no later than the October 2006 term - the filing deadline is August 8, 2006. The cross-motion insofar as it seeks permission to consolidate the appeals is granted. The appeals may proceed on one set of records on appeal and one set of briefs. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the orders of this Court, petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
