Motion by the respondent St. Mary's R.C. Church at Manhasset in Queens County, in effect, for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County dated April 6, 2004, and a judgment of the same court entered April 6, 2004, which were determined by decision and order of this court dated October 3, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
