Application by the respondents Allstate Insurance Company, Roger Chizever, and Roger Chizever Agency, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of the respondents to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 6, 2005, and May 31, 2005, respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 5, 2006, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
