Appeal by the plaintiff from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 25, 2005.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the notice of appeal from the decision is deemed to be a premature notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered April 6, 2006 (see CPLR 5520[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before May 19, 2006, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment entered April 6, 2006.
