| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by the defendant Patti Rosenberg from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered November 18, 2005, and January 19, 2006, respectively. By decision and order on motion dated February 22, 2006, this court stayed the inquest on damages in the above-entitled action on condition that the appeal was perfected on or before March 24, 2006. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this court dated February 22, 2006, is vacated forthwith.
