Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 27, 1995, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated March 3, 1997, to assign him an attorney to make an application on the appellant's behalf for a writ of error coram nobis.
