405 E. 56th St v Morano, David
It is Ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction to, and including, June 30, 2006. If, by said date, the appeal has been perfected and the appellants are current in the payment of accruing use and occupancy, then the appellants may move for a further extension of the stay. Otherwise, the warrant of eviction may be enforced after said date. In the event the appellants interfere with the other building occupants right to the safe and quiet enjoyment of their respective apartments, the petitioner may move on five (5) days' notice for an order vacating this conditional stay. The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court and type-written briefs.
