| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 9, 2005, and for an expedited briefing schedule. Separate applications by the respondent and the Law Guardian for the subject child to enlarge their time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the applications and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is granted, the appeal is placed on the calendar for Monday, June 19, 2006, and the appeal shall be argued or submitted on that day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an expedited briefing schedule and the applications are granted, and the Law Guardian's brief shall be served and filed on or before May 12, 2006, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before May 22, 2006, and the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before May 30, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that no additional time shall be granted to serve and file the above-referenced briefs.
