ORDERED that the order on application of this court dated April 27, 2006, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by the respondent Florence D. Musiello pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 1, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 19, 2006, and the movant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
