Motion by the appellants to enjoin the respondents from removing Rabbi David Gelfand from his position as Senior Rabbi of the Jewish Center of the Hamptons, or changing any of the terms or conditions of his employment, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
