On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated April 13, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by (1) deleting from the first and second decretal paragraphs the date "May 15, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "May 25, 2006," (2) by adding to the second decretal paragraph after "A1811 of the appendix," the following "or file a replacement appendix," and (3) deleting from the third fourth decretal paragraph the date "June 16, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "June 30, 2006".
