Application by the respondent Lighthouse, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 5, 2005. Separate application by the third-party defendants-respondents for the same relief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time for all respondents to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until July 3, 2006, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
