DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered April 21, 2005, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to serving and filing a pro se supplemental brief after the appeal is perfected.
