DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 5, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-00999), and September 21, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-01001), respectively, for leave to reargue a motion to dismiss the appeal from the order dated August 5, 2005, on the ground that it was untimely taken, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 31, 2006, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person, to waive the filing fee, to dispense with printing, and for a free transcript.
