DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered August 31, 2004, and to enlarge the time to file the minutes of the plea proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief and the minutes of the plea proceeding is enlarged until July 17, 2006, and the respondent's brief and the subject minutes must be served and filed on or before that date.
