Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Dutchess County, dated May 27, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the brief submitted to the Clerk of this court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 29, 2006, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
