Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to enjoin the respondent J&K Painting Corp. from disposing of or using the sum of $230, 240.13 pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 19, 2006. Application by the respondents to enlarge the time to file papers in opposition to the motion.
