Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered October 5, 2005, for leave to reargue a prior motion to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was decided by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 22, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
