DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court, dated February 28, 2006, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 15, 2003, and to admit Joseph G. Petrosinelli, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, pro hac vice as co-counsel for the appellants on the motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to admit Joseph G. Petrosinelli as co-counsel on the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
